Throughout the last decade, Don Schechter has spearheaded Charles River Media Group, drawing upon his expertise in production, marketing, and technology to create dynamic and client-centered material. As the visionary behind CRMG, Don has created an innovative company that serves the needs of corporations, universities, non-profits, and government organizations across the United States and the world. Don is also a Professor of the Practice at his alma mater, Tufts University, from which he holds two degrees.

Bruce Petschek has worked in film for over thirty years. He studied filmmaking at the Orson Welles Film School, as well as video production for Human Services at the College of Public and Community Service, University of Massachusetts, Boston. He was the Director of Photography for “Give Me The Banjo”, a PBS documentary with Steve Martin. Bruce’s videos have won awards in film festivals from Rio de Janeiro to San Francisco. He has worked on projects throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, Japan, Central and South America.

Jaqueline Noack studied International Film Studies and French at Tufts University. Since graduating, she has worked for Peter Bogdanovich and HBO Documentaries. She is fluent in Spanish and French and can serve as a CRMG translator.

David Bouley is an experienced producer, cinematographer, and director. He has honed his skills working as a producer, gaffer, and grip on a number of productions in Boston, New York, and Los Angeles.

Polikseni Manxhari has held the title of National American Miss Massachusetts Teen 2008 and Miss Massachusetts USA 2015. She competed at the nationally televised Miss USA competition.

Fletcher Burns is CRMG’s outspoken Gaffer and Key Grip who is known around the country for – not only his professional talent – but his collection of unique wardrobe.

Jon Mercer is known for his ability to deconstruct a frame or narrative, finding it’s essential elements and drawing out the underlying emotion. As an editor, compositor, and colorist, his commercial work has been broadcast nationally and helped expand viewership for a number of online platforms. His film work has screened internationally at festivals and his editing for the documentary Calling My Children helped guide it to twelve festival wins and a Cine Golden Eagle Award.

Yvonne LaBarge is a writer/director as well as an acclaimed script supervisor. Throughout the span of her career she has script supervised over 30 different projects ranging from short films and features to TV pilots, music videos, web series, commercials, and corporate videos. Her most prominent directorial work is a short superhero film about periods and female empowerment entitled, “The Womanhood” (2012), which received international acclaim.

Tom Fitzgerald has worked on numerous feature films in the camera department, and is currently working his way up as a director of photography. Tom also has extensive experience as a DP on corporate and commercial shoots.

Ian Fein is multifaceted filmmaker and producer, as well as the founder of Fein Productions. He has worked on a full range of projects including shooting underwater nature documentaries, commercial and corporate promotions, and educational material.

Jan P Kaim is Charles River Media Group’s lead designer and motion graphics animator. Jan works as a creative director for film, theatre, and online video. His work with CRMG includes designs and animations for NEJM Group, Springer, Charles River, Pearson, Houghton Mifflin, and Vicor.

Jeff Adler has extensive experience with audio recording, special effects makeup, and grip. He has worked on major studio productions such as “Grown Ups 2” and HBO’s “Clear History” as well as on corporate and commercial shoots. Jeff continues to follow his passion in helping filmmakers fully realize their vision.
